This is Ward. Margie and Gene and I thought it would be wonderful to share a little of my mother’s extraordinary art in these few pages as well as send out a touch of her still vital energy to her dear friends. She is now, as she always has been, spunky, loving, elegant, aesthetically poised moment by moment to the flux of nature––sky, ocean, mountain---tonight picking up a parched rust-tinted leaf slightly furled, in the parking lot.... I am sure wondering why no one else took notice of its beauty...
